Leak are issues that should be dealt with right away as a prolonged leak can cause major issues to the structure of your home. We begin our inspection by first seeing the leak in the interior, then we inspect the roof top for visual damage, when inspecting your roof we will also check vents, pipe boot flashing, flashings, skylights, chimneys, valleys, and all components of your roof, if visual damage or obtrusion cannot be detect from roof we'll inspect from the attic to asses nails and plywood joints since this where leaks will be most visible.
